The OWL CLUB features 60+ Micro-brewed ales, lagers and English and Scottish imports. We have a great "Old Pub" atmosphere and a non-smoking environment. The old style Wurlitzer juke box plays nightly with musical selections as diverse as our beer selection. In addition to being the first bar in Roseville (opening legally after prohibition) in 1934, the Owl Club was designated a Historical Building by the City of Roseville in 1995.
Upon entering the Owl Club you are greeted by friendly people, a large collection of neon signs and other collectibles from the 1930's, 40's, and 50's. The actual bar in the Pub came from the old Tanforan Race Track which was located in S. San Francisco many years ago. At that location now stands the Tanforan shopping mall. Feel free to sit at the antique bank deposit tables in the Pub. They came from the bank in Carmichael that Patty Hearst helped rob when she was with the Simbeonese Liberation Army (S.L.A.). There are many more wonderful things to browse upon when you visit the Owl Club.
